  3. Return to old mail!! Or make the new version more user friendly.

    Mt biggest pet peeve is the handling of the mail I use my Ipone to access and delete my mail as I see fit. My husband ises the desk top computer. When I delete an email it is not removed from the desk top computer!! Then I have to go on there to manage my mail all over again, What WASTE of time and SO frustrating for me and mu husband. He doesn't know what to delete of mine and I don't get on the desk top often, then it takes a lot of time to delete or keep what…

  7. Spam box has not shown how many emails inside of the Spambox

    A lot of my emails went into spam box and the spam box doesn’t shown how many email inside of the spam box. Is AOL designed it in purpose?

  8. Please update your 3rd party setup instructions to reflect having to sign into AOL to generate a OTP to be successful.

    The instructions need to remind folks to sing in online and generate a OTP for the new device they are connecting.

  11. Why did you "UPGRADE" the system? It's less good and less simple to use. Who's bright idea was it to do this? They sould be fired.f

    The 'old' system worked fine. This so-called UPGRADE is no longer simple, inclusive or user friendly. All this for a NEW SCREEN? Ridiculous!

  13. help me get my aol email address (& account) back

    i've had my original (& most important, e.g. -- contact emails of everyone i volunteer and work with) since 1998! as of two days ago i cannot access nor get into my email. aol "help" (at the 800 phone numbers) cannot help me, nor does help.aol.com help me accomplish anything, either

  15. Change this site back to what it was 6 months ago, PLEASE!

    Your new system makes cleaning up my emails a pain in the ***! The old system allowed me to click select all, delete and 20 emails were gone. Your new garbage forces me to do this one at a time. Whomever designed this current should be fired! PLEASE change it back!

  16. Lost e-mail, now being told that in order to have technical support to retrieve e-mail I have to pay.Sounds like extortion, contacting FCC!!

    Lost at least 3 weeks worth of e-mail, now being told that in order to have technical support to fix the problem that AOL created that I have to get a premium account. This sounds like extortion! Holding my e-mails *******. I am contacting the FCC.
